“mausoleum mausoleum mausolem maybe”
Sadly, I have to take this week off, because I’m going to Barbados to learn the secret magic number of the universe. But I don’t want to shatter the ancient truce between the readers and the blog, so I’m filling in with some odds and ends that wouldn’t fit in a regular post.
This would be one of the odd ones.

Tomorrow: Barnabas Collins and the Poetry Slam.
— Danny Horn
Cool.
16 nos and only 1 yes. That’s so Julia.
I love this! The thing that strikes me most is that it reads pretty much like the episode! I guess the order of the words is not that important. Of course I heard them in my head in Julia’s voice and full inflections, including the gasps. Nobody can full on gasp like Julia!
Did Barnabas ever apologize to Julia for being a dick and treating her this way. I guess he did get his pay backs and serious karma, while Julia just sat in the corner snickering..lol.
The only thing that makes sense in this episode is that she did not use words beginning with the higher Scrabble letter values: (3 Points) – V; (5 Points) – K; (8 Points) – J (except for her name ) and X; 10 Points – Q and Z.
The Grayson Solo should be set to music.
It would seem Julia’s lines are not so difficult to learn. All Grayson Hall had to do was figure out which words she would be saying six or twelve times and the rest would take care of itself.
It also shows that “solitaire” is such a… solitary word.
Are you really in Barbados Danny?
No, I’m actually at a conference. But I’m going to try to learn the secret magic number anyway.
On this episode, you could turn the sound off and listen to In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida, instead.
I’m not saying it’s a good idea, just something that could be done.
“awful banging Barnabas.”
Hee hee hee.
You’re a madman, Danny! Far madder than you’ve let on so far! I LOVE THIS! I was shocked to the very marrow of my bones that the word “must” didn’t take up three paragraphs as I feel that’s all she ever says.
How long this must’ve taken you!! It is greatly appreciated and hilarious. It must have been a rare episode where she didn’t utter “sedative” once!
